We love hearing about the wonderful ways that people raise money for the Lewy Body Society. Whether its running, walking (through our new Step up campaign) or holding a coffee morning or race night, we are so grateful to all our dedicated supporters.
A group of friends and neighbours in the village of Marlcliff in Warwickshire held a very special event last weekend. Visitors to the beautiful gardens of Woodpeckers, Mulberry Cottage and Garden Cottage were treated to a stunning display at their Snowdrop Day on Saturday, raising £380 for the Lewy Body Society in memory of Mary O’Boyle. The team also helped to raise awareness of the event with an interview on local BBC radio.
We love seeing the snowdrops emerge at this time of year. With the brighter mornings and evenings, it’s starting to feel like spring is on its way. Our thanks go to Jacquie, Denise, their families, friends and everyone involved.
If you would like to hold an event or undertake a challenge, we can help with a free fundraising pack containing sponsorship forms, leaflets and poster templates. Just get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
