The Great North Run is the biggest half marathon in the world and takes place on 9th September. We are delighted to have five runners tackling the 13.1 mile course and helping to raise money for the Lewy Body Society this year. The money they raise through sponsorship will help us to fund much-needed research into Lewy body dementia. Through their training and participation on the day they are also helping to raise awareness of LBD and we’ll be looking out for them on TV during the race.
We would like to thank all our runners and everyone who has supported and sponsored them.
