In loving memory of my husband, Tony, who suffered from Lewy Body dementia for over 5 years. It took away all his cognitive powers and mobility expecially during the last 18 months, made harder by the fact he knew what was happening to him. Only consolidation was, I could care for him at home until his last infection and covid meant he spent his last 5 weeks cared for in hospital unntil his death. It’s a cruel disease and hopefully one day research will find the answer to prevent it.
