Roy was diagnosed with Dementia with Lewy Bodies in 2010 and his wife, Mary did an amazing job caring for him at home and in more recent years they had carers in to enable him to stay at home with his loved ones around him. Roy kept his sense of humour throughout his illness but lost his battle on 1st November 2022, 4 days after his 85th birthday, he will be always in our memories and forever in our hearts.
