Prof Ian McKeith, President of the LBS who attended the G8 pre-summit meeting said: “The G8 summit meeting was an important landmark for dementia and recognises that awareness, research, treatment and care need to be improved for all types of dementia including DLB. We shall be working hard to ensure that people with DLB and their families are included in the global effort”
