The Lewy Body Society CEO becomes finalist in Enterprise Vision Awards

We are delighted to announce that The Lewy Body Society Chief Executive Jacqui Cannon is a finalist in the national Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAS) for 2024.

Jacqui is one of eight women in the category for not-for-profit organisations.

The EVAs is the UK’s largest business awards dedicated solely to women. The awards are all about championing the women who are shaping the future of entrepreneurship and are beacons of inspiration for the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The EVAS go beyond being simply an awards programme; they’re a platform that showcases the diverse talents of women in business.

The Not For Profit Award is open to charities, CICs, not-for-profit businesses, social enterprises, voluntary organisations and individual fundraisers. The winner of this category will have shown outstanding service to its beneficiaries, promoted and raised its cause and have been clear in goals and strategy.

Jacqui Cannon, Chief Executive of Lewy Body Society said: “I feel very honoured to be a finalist in the EVAS, among so many inspirational women, all of whom are creating a positive impact and making a real difference in our communities. I hope that being a finalist in these national awards supports our mission at the charity to shine a light on Lewy body dementia.”

The awards ceremony will be held on Friday, September 27, at The Winter Gardens, Blackpool.
