June 6, 2016 was the 10th anniversary of the Lewy Body Society’s registration with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. In honour of the Society’s much loved patron, June Brown, for the second year the Society designated the entire month of June as Polka Dot-ty Days. During this awareness-raising campaign people were urged to post pictures of themselves and their friends wearing the LBS’signature dark blue with white spots on social media.

Further birthday celebrations include a reception at the Palace of Westminster and a one-day conference on DLB in Newcastle in November 2016.
